Welcome to the official digital portal of ANTRUM ENERGY TRILEMMA LIMITED (accessible via energy.antrumgroup.com). By engaging our professional services, accessing our infrastructure, or utilising our proprietary smart technologies, you unequivocally agree to be bound by the comprehensive terms outlined within this document.
1. Introduction & Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of all engineering, consultancy, and technological integration services provided by Antrum Energy Trilemma Limited (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Our primary objective is to engineer the transition to a Net-Zero future by resolving the SAS Equation (Security, Affordability, Sustainability). These terms ensure that our partnership with you (“the Client”) operates on a foundation of mutual accountability, stringent safety protocols, and absolute transparency.
2. Terminology & Definitions
- EEMS:Energy Efficiency Management Services. A comprehensive suite of services including Energy Audits, Industrial Process Optimisation, and Demand Response Programmes aimed at minimising energy intensity.
- RES / RET:Renewable Energy Solutions / Technologies. encompassing the deployment of Solar PV Systems, Wind Turbines, Tidal Energy Systems, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- SMS:Smart Metering Solutions. Digitalising energy measurement via Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Vending & Tariff Management, and Data Management Systems (MDMS).
- BIPV & SBT:Building-Integrated Photovoltaics and Smart Building Technology. The engineering practice of merging structural architecture with active power generation and IoT-enabled automated building controls.
3. Provision of Services
Antrum Energy Trilemma Limited commits to providing its specialised services with the highest degree of professional skill, care, and diligence. All installations, including Micro-grid solutions, Solar Thermal Systems, and Smart Building Envelope Improvements, will be executed in strict compliance with globally recognised engineering standards and relevant Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).
We reserve the right to deploy certified sub-contractors or specialised technological partners for specific aspects of our Demand Response Programmes or Smart Meter Deployments, provided they adhere to our rigorous internal quality and security mandates.
4. Client Obligations
To ensure the successful execution and optimisation of our services, the Client agrees to:
- Provide our engineering teams with unrestricted, safe access to the physical premises required for comprehensive Energy Audits, structural assessments, and BIPV integrations.
- Supply accurate, historical energy consumption data to facilitate precise analytics within our Metering Infrastructure and Data Management System (MDMS).
- Actively participate in prescribed Behavioural Change Training workshops to cultivate and sustain an energy-saving culture post-installation.
- Ensure that all existing infrastructural prerequisites (as outlined in our preliminary consultation) are met prior to the deployment of Energy Efficient Appliances or heavy equipment.
5. Intellectual Property (IP)
All proprietary blueprints, infrastructural designs, software interfaces, MDMS dashboard configurations, and strategic energy efficiency architectures developed by Antrum Energy Trilemma Limited remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Upon full settlement of commercial invoices, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence strictly to utilise the installed Smart Building Technology (SBT) and hardware for internal operational purposes. Clients may not reverse-engineer, commercialise, or reproduce our proprietary engineering designs without explicit, written consent.
6. Data Privacy & Smart Telemetry
The operation of our Smart Metering Solutions (SMS) and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) necessitates the continuous collection of telemetry and consumption data. We process this data exclusively to provide actionable analytics, accurate Vending & Tariff Management, and automated grid balancing.
Antrum Energy Trilemma Limited adheres to the strictest data protection regulations. We deploy enterprise-grade cryptographic security to safeguard your utility data against unauthorised interception. We will never sell your consumption profiles to third-party marketers.
7. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
We warrant that all physical installations, including Solar PV Systems, Wind Turbine Projects, and Energy Storage Systems (BESS), will be free from material defects in workmanship for the duration specified in your bespoke service level agreement (SLA).
However, Antrum Energy Trilemma Limited shall not be held liable for system degradation or failure resulting from:
- Unauthorised tampering or modifications by third-party technicians.
- Catastrophic acts of nature (force majeure) beyond standard infrastructural tolerances.
- Failure of the Client to adhere to prescribed maintenance schedules or software updates.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of the fulfilment of our services exceed the total commercial fees paid by the Client for the specific project segment in dispute.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, alongside any supplementary service contracts, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or fulfilment of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
